I knew which vehicle, color, and options I wanted and Louis and his team tracked it down much faster than I expected. I ran into some complications with my bank but Louis helped me navigate through this. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism and positive attitude. There was no high pressure in the price negotiation process. Based on comparisons we felt we got a good price. Josh spent a lot of time going over the car at pick- up & was great. Both he and Sarkis seemed to really care that we were satisfied customers. Will recommend to our daughter for her upcoming purchase.

We went to 3 dealerships. First your dealership greeted us at the door with a big smile. Our salesman Louis Monteforte told us he has 5 years of experience and we could see that but what we got at Jaffarian's was the best price. We paid just what we wanted to pay. The other dealerships were not even close to your price.

Brought my Volvo in for service & had the pleasure of working with Gavin Jaffarian. He was very responsive and knew what he was talking about! I felt comfortable having a big service job done here, it being my first time visiting the dealership, because of him.
My husband and i also looked at the New Highlander when we came to pick up my car and worked with Carl. What an intelligent guy!! He sure knew what he was talking about too!
Great staff, friendly and knowledgable. I will recommend to anyone who needs service or a new car!

Excellent lease terms and fair value for the trade made this a great experience for me.
No pressure to make a quick decision and the ability to test drive different models understanding mechanical aspects of the car.
Long term knowledge of the brand and its market evolution also very helpful to appreciate the new models.

Often buying/looking for a new vehicle can be associated with a lot of mixed feelings especially negative when thinking about the process. i.e. overwhelmed, fear, worry etc. However, my experience with purchasing my vehicle was quite different than I expected. I found people at Jaffarians to be very personable and attuned to what I was looking for, both type of vehicle and cost. Overall, great experience and I am very happy with my vehicle.

Having just purchased a pre-owned Volvo at Jaffarian's, I wanted to say that it was a very positive experience. The sales rep, Louis, was friendly and spent adequate time answering my questions and reviewing information on the vehicle that I chose. He actually pulled up reviews of that vehicle on his desk computer and gave me plenty of time and privacy to discuss them with my husband. I didn't feel pressured to buy that vehicle or that day, but Louis was able to get the vehicle for me at the price that I wanted. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Let's hope that the vehicle is as good as it seems and that service is as good as sales!

On this topic, I have to thank Jaffarian Volvo for straightening TWO rims, providing proper alignment, a loaner vehicle for 2.5 days, a reasonable estimate AND coming in $200 below the estimate faster than originally promised! I have to "thank" the states of NY and NJ for the horrible roads from this winter. These are the just the beginning of reasons that I travel back to Haverhill from Marblehead for service on my awesome C70!

You should know that the Volvo Service Dept. has over the years treated my wife and I with absolute courtesy and genuine politeness.  We have a 2001 S60 with only 48,000 miles.  Two reasons that it is so good is:  1- It's a Volvo and 2 - Your service department has always taken care of it.

Today my wife was on the highway and the check engine light came on.  She went to the service department and Renee made her feel so relaxed and good.  My wife was very stressed about the issue, but left there feeling really good.  I spoke to Gavin later and told him and asked for your e mail so I could let you know.

So with that, Thank you and your service team for the excellence they have always had.
